Comprehensive AMC includes repair and replacement of the faulty parts for a lump sum price. Wibon would never charge you separately for the labour or for the parts replaced.
Non-Comprehensive AMC does not include replacement of parts. It does not charge for the labour but the client has to pay the actual price for the parts replaced.
Resident engineer is provided by Wibon for onsite support – 365 days.
